Laurel first met Annie in the hospital on August 8th, the day she was born. All she remembers about that day is that Annie's hands were the size of grapes, and being a big sister was probably going to be pretty cool because she had just received a new Cinderella dress for it.

Laurel first got to know Ashley freshman year of high school when they played nuns together in the Sound of Music. Since then, Ashley has been a steadfast best friend.

Jessica is the sister-in-law of Anthony, and wife of groomsman Adrian Quintero. Laurel first met Jess at Quintero family Thanksgiving 2022. She has been a constant source of support for both Laurel and Anthony.

This guy is a Day One. We would play basketball and hang out ever since we were young. Nathaniel is my cousin from Colorado and he means a lot to me.

Anabella is Anthony's younger sister. Laurel first got to know her the summer of 2022. Her sweet presence has been a comfort at family events.

Aaron is the youngest brother of Anthony. He is an i-Pad kid. But that doesn't define him! He is now "one of the bois" and that will be his new identity.

Amelia is Anthony's youngest sister. Laurel first met her (not counting phone meetings) when she stayed with the Quinteros for a few days the summer of 2022. Amelia's silly temperament never ceases to entertain.

Jaret likes horses. And basketball, but mostly he likes horses. He is a solid disciplined man who I've been friends with ever since I stepped foot on campus. I like to call him Jokic.

<a href="https://gofund.me/683ade63" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://gofund.me/683ade63</a> It is our goal to be able to afford a house;&nbsp;however we are both students at Franciscan University and are graduating this May with Philosophy degrees. Most often once we tell people that we have philosophy degrees, we are met with this question, "what are you planning to do with that?" Our response is usually something like, "I'm going to be able to think about stuff". I think that it was worth it. Both of us have been so very blessed to go to Franciscan University, that is where we met each other. We both desire to live for Jesus Christ, and want to raise up little holy children in North Carolina where my family lives. Our long term goal is to be close to family, and both be working for the Lord.&nbsp; I am wanting to do missionary work, I desire to work for the Church whether that be through teaching at a Catholic School, or working at a Parish, or simply using my talents and gifts of music and speaking as a career. I make Catholic music and have been blessed with the desire to help others know Jesus. Laurel wants to be able to use her talents as an artist to serve the Lord and teach others how to make beautiful things for God. She is the sacred artist for the Liturgy committee here at Franciscan University and is also an apprentice of Amber Knorr. Laurel has learned a lot through helping out at Amber's sacred art studio. Our next step after getting married is to move to Virginia for a time so that Laurel is able to work as an apprentice under Dony MacManus so that she can learn sculpting as a sacred artist. After her time as Dony's apprentice, we hope to move back to North Carolina, close to family.&nbsp; Our goal is to be able to own a house and so we're putting this out there knowing that ministry work is more about giving to the Lord than receiving a paycheck. We appreciate your investment in our lives and we will be praying, thanking God for your generosity!!
